SILK ROUTE DRYPORT TRUST SOST ELECTION YEAR 2013

Team of Silk route dryport trust,Sost are going to complete their tenor and now with reference to the article no 29 of the Deed of SRDPT that defines the new chairman, vice-chairman and directors shall be elected by the General Body for next three years for progress scale.

The Annual General Body Meeting with Elections is scheduled on 18^th August 2013 in the location of Pak-China Sost port Company. The Election Commission of 2013, per the rules and regulations set by the laws, will lead the election 2013 officially till oath ceremony & handing taking (article no 31 of Deed).

All those particular who are willing to contest elections, are notified that the nominations applications will be available by 25^th July 2013 from Mr.Farman Ali, Pak-china Sost Port Company. The last date to submit application is 5^th August 2013.

The list of only eligible candidates for contesting elections will be displayed till 14^th of August 2013 by the election commission. Eligibility criteria for contesting elections will be available in the nominations application form.
